ORDERING GUIDELINES

The busy season is upon us and we encourage you to place your catering order at least 48 hours in advance to make sure we can accommodate for you. ‬‬‬‬‬We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders. 
Last minute orders may result in limited menu options. Thank you for your understanding. ‬‬‬

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you decide to cancel your catering service, we require at least a 24 hour notice for you get to get a full refund. Otherwise, you'll be charged 50% of the order cost. A notice less than 12 hours in advance will result in a full charge of the order cost. For event cancellation policy, please see event contract.

CATERING RETRIEVABLES

We ask that you return reusable catering supplies like plates and silverware and we appreciate your cooperation. We will send our personnel to retrieve our equipment at a scheduled time. You may be subject to a fee for any items that are lost or damaged. 

EVENT RENTALS

We do not provide glass plates, cutlery, or glasses but we can organize this for you. Although, we do provide everything for the food service including serving platters, bowls, utensils, and chafing dishes. We can happily refer to some local rental companies that can help with your dish rental needs. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

TATERWARE

We have biodegradable disposable plates and cutlery available for purchase. Please let us know if you would like to add this to your catering order. ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬

BEVERAGES

We can happily provide you with coffee/tea, water, juices, fresh fruit punches, and assorted soft drinks. If you are interested in hiring bartenders, please contact us for more information. ‬‬‬‬‬‬
